Our Implementation Methodology
Intilecta's implementation methodology represents a true break through in the way Behavioural Intelligence can be rapidly aligned to and integrated with each organisation's business strategy, business environment and technology landscape.
The methodology utilises a high degree of stakeholder participation and collaboration to ensure buy-in to outcomes, through the utilisation of pre-packaged designware IP which results in an extremely rapid implementation cycle. The 'change' process starts on day one.
Should additional scope be required, additional 'fixed duration' project phases can be completed in the same fashion. This allows larger scoped projects to have multiple streams and ensures that business deliverables are continually delivered and the momentum of the project builds overtime in a constant way.
Intilecta's implementation methodology consists of one or more of the following phases as necessary (both project based and "business as usual"):
Rather than have Customer stakeholders wade through piles of documentation, the Bliki turns documentation into visual form to facilitate input and buy-in by the business. Underpinned by tight iterations of grouping of Designware levers, the Bliki acts as a transparent and strong project governance tool.
Contributors from the Customer project team can be easily identified and the 'real oil' quickly finds its way to the top, therefore eliminating much of the costly requirements gathering that typical consulting project go through.
The content captured on this web based tool during the project phase is then transformed into the community owned super user knowledge source, which condenses expert knowledge of enterprise users into one location. This is provided to end users through Intilecta’s software as context sensitive, lever based, structured documentation which can be accessed and edited by everyone, offline or online.
As the solution is rolled out within the organisation, the immersion phase enables the end user feedback to be rolled back into the Bliki for further refinement and enhancement.
The Bliki also acts as the communication forum between Intilecta's own Designware Centre (where Designware is configured) and Intilecta's implementation partners.

Intilecta's 'fixed duration' implementation approach allows organisations to stay in control of project scope, time, and budget.
The approach is built around a rapid and repeatable process which uses a 'fixed duration' concept for project phases. This ensures the focus of the implementation is on achieving business outcomes through the prioritisation of relevant content. The project team are able to work through a prioritised scope as quickly as they can within the durations allocated to deliver the desired outcomes.
- Discovery: Scope confirmation, stakeholder governance establishment, business and technology alignment check, terms of reference delivered.
- Analysis: Comprehensive analysis of the current state of play including lifetime value analysis, customer churn, management effectiveness. Development of business case benefits for investment and benefits tracking framework.
- Design & Build: Role interviews and configuration of role-based content using Intilecta's unique design process and designware libraries. Source system interface development and integration testing.
- Implementation: Deployment, integration, acceptance testing and rollout. Integration into existing organisational business and technology support structures.
- Institutionalisation: End-user training on analysis and interpretation techniques and behaviours. Note that Intilecta training does not cover technology product training because of the software's ease-of-use and simplicity aspects.
- Immersion: Setup of on going processes for feedback, review and refinement.
Bliki Collaboration Toolset
Intilecta's implementation methodology is underpinned by a sophisticated technology enabler called 'The Bliki' which drives maximum business buy-in through a 'live' look and feel representation of the solution designware. This toolset brings web 2.0 philosophies to the enterprise, enabling seamless collaboration between all engaged parties, open community based design dialogue and live specification standards.Rather than have Customer stakeholders wade through piles of documentation, the Bliki turns documentation into visual form to facilitate input and buy-in by the business. Underpinned by tight iterations of grouping of Designware levers, the Bliki acts as a transparent and strong project governance tool.
