As part of a broader transformational program, the company chose Intilecta's implementation methodology, content libraries and design philosophies as the basis for the consolidated global sales and marketing technology platform. Intilecta won this right over SAP, Peoplesoft, salesforce.com, Siebel, IBM, and Accenture.

Intilecta's designs and design approach were chosen because of the total user experience, simplicity and ability to bring about the desired cultural change and business benefit in the sales and marketing organisations (these functions were seen by the company as key components in driving the change at the customer interface). The solution leveraged the company's existing technology investment including Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, existing SAP and non-SAP data stores.

As a result of this program, all other CRM and sales enablement implementations across the company's 140 operating countries were replaced with Intilecta's solution.
