Bob W Kowalski FAICD, AFAIM Chief Executive Officer & Director Mr. Kowalski has over 25 years expertise in Corporate Management encompassing new business ventures and start up companies, information technology, financial management, business restructuring, outsourcing negotiation, advisory and general consulting. Bob has an outstanding record of accomplishments, and his successes reflect his ability to build, operate, drive, grow, and maintain high-performance technology organisations. Recognised as an effective negotiator, he is well respected for his ability to establish and maintain long term and mutually beneficial business partnerships with international corporate enterprises. Bob has spearheaded successful sales organisations at a number of large corporations including Telxon Asia Pacific Corporation 1985-1996 (Subsidiary of USA NASDAQ Company Telxon Corporation) where he served as CEO and Senior Vice President. |

Alexander Desmond Kennedy (Des) Chief Operating Officer & Director Mr. Kennedy is a senior business and IT professional with over 30 years experience in IT executive management and consulting. He is well known in the Australian marketplace having held a number of senior management positions in ASX listed corporations such as Qantas Airways and NRMA (now IAG). Des also served as Director for the Australian Telecommunications User Group (ATUG) for over six years and has extensive IT industry knowledge both globally and in the Asia Pacific region. |
