About Intilecta Created by a group of executives, consultants and technology specialists, Intilecta pioneered the creation of enterprise behavioural intelligence in early 2003 with the development of content for one of the world's largest energy and petrochemical companies.

Since that time, Intilecta has grown into a world-class technology solutions company with a team of highly motivated business and technology people passionate about pushing boundaries, innovating and finding answers to sustainably improve the performance of large enterprises and the people in them.
