Datam Client Channel Goes Live (www.datam.co.nz)

After being consumed by Datam staff internally for some months, Datam have now opened our Apps for their Customers to consume as part of the Datam Client Channel.
The initial rollout is to a select group of NZ Post Enterprise Customers including Fonterra, Bank of New Zealand, TelstraClear, Inland Revenue and Southern Cross Health.
Datam Online Marketing Manager, Steven Vincent describes the channel as a new paradigm in serving up disparate enterprise data in a seamless fashion for Customer consumption.
“We are seeing the Apps approach directly change the client conversation, for the better”, he said with “initial Client feedback showing us that increased transparency of information is actually building, not degrading, Customer intimacy and satisfaction.
